The hockey gods are not with Lafrenierre in NY he needs to go , the kid can't hit an open net its almost supernatural.
Lafreniere has been so mishandled, but I still see an 80-point guy in there that I honestly don't want to give up on — clearly a minority sentiment. People are excessively critical of him and his game because of his draft status, but we need to focus on developing our own star players and stop relying on other team's players and trying to build around them.
After the victory over the Caps the Rangers are doing pretty well. Maybe we shouldn’t be so quick to be sellers just yet. Definitely not buyers. If they fade away in 2026 sure, sell. Just not yet
No cup since 1994..1994! …if players are not progressing, getting too old, slowing down, you arent not on a path to the cup. The game last night was great but its 1 game. Changes are needed by the deadline.

Edstrom – Carrick – Rempe is a solid impact 4th line.
I still think Laffy can be a 20-25 goals type of player, with the possibly reaching thirty goals. I just don't think he's got good chemistry with Mika, JT or Panarin…. Didn't really mesh well with Kreider either. When he was on the kid line with Kakko an Chytil. He looked like a much different player. I'll say it again, this team has no chemistry which affects the younger players the most, playing along side unmotivated vets on the roster. Changes are needed everywhere throughout the Org. From the players, to personal within it and all the way up to the GM/Owner. Otherwise, it'll be a shit show every damn year.
Trade every player on this dumpster fire of a team. They are very hard to watch pretty much all of the time.
Lafreniere is not the only 1 st pick to not pan out, that said his mistakes are many, good plays rare. I cant watch him anymore.
