They fixed the defense, at the cost of the offense and special teams…… Drury does need to go, the players have no faith in him, nor does the fan base. It's time for Drury to go, it would be nice if Dolan followed Drury but heck, I'll take Drury getting fired as a good start. Hire Messier as the new GM. He wants to take on that roll. I have a lot more faith in Messier, then I'll ever have in Drury. Also, this is a bigtime of the year when they freeze trades for the time being. This is usually when GM's start talking with each other about possible trades until the trading freeze is lifted.
Merry Christmas Tenur & all Ranger fans who frequent this site!. I'm glad Rangers beat the Caps, mostly because we ran into a cold goalie(for a change) rather than a hot one. Other than Panarin, I don't think the Rangers have a lot to sell at the deadline. After watching him play for a while when first obtained, I was all in on Borgen & re-signing him. Kudos to Matthew Robertson. I felt he should be a regular this season & he took the bull by the horns & did it. I saw Morrow cough up the puck on the PP in the AHL game I was at & he did the same for the Rangers. He'll learn to move the puck faster because he has a tendency to hold on to it too long. Also needs to improve his board play which Robertson is good at.
