Just bought me a jersey, the alt one
I almost lost it when Drai missed that open net near the end. But it's still 2 points for the good guys!
I cant wait for Calgary game !!!!
Ingram might’ve had an under .900 save percentage, but he played really well.
I don't understand why so much suffering, so unnecessary, but hey, the Oilers won against the Golden Knights, that's what counts.
You can breathe now, Austin.
One more freaking shot on net and ingram is .900 frustrating but also a privilege to nit pick a big win
I'm glad I was wrong. I predicted oilers loss. I love being wrong
Let’s go Oilers! Great game🧡💙 great video as always Austin!
Did the oilers celebrate draisiatles goal at home
Stastney is a shockingly great addition. Very pleased with him
Nuge having this much of a bounce back season is the most underrated storyline
Would have been nice to go onto win 6-1, but I’ll take 5-4 win over an OT loss. Well placed in the standings considering the beginning of this season and injuries. Plenty of season to go, keep fighting.
Winning changes everything.

Why’s Austin look like such a handsome devil in this episode?
Coach: #25 put some pads on that guy he spends a lot of time in the oiler crease.
Put some pads on that guy
From a goaltender that cares 🙂
Omfg I havent been as nervous in a regular season game for like… forever 😅 jesus christ I loved the first 30 mins so much though. Best 30 mins the oilers played for the entire season. I love you McDavid.
Anyways, HOW THE FUCK do they not take that penantly when Bouch gets hits stick ripped out of his hands and thrown on the ice right in front of the ref. WHAT
Drai whiffing on the open net makes me wonder if he’s turning into a pass first player? 🤔😂
I think since Draisaitl missed his signature shot to the right of the net a few times earlier, his logic was to aim a bit more left that time
And find the only possible way to miss 💀
Also we need a crashout of the year if we lose against calgary
Kris learn the was allowed to use a timeout!! Nice to win and stop Vegas from getting any points
Proud of Ingram, happy walman and roslovic are back in the lineup.
Once the rust gets knocked off of those two I really do think the team will be elevated and they'll play better.
In my opinion, I think we have seen enough of fredric and mangiapane that I think it's time to work the phones and get them out of Edmonton but that's just me.
Thank God Fredrick was benched
Love it man! #Lets Go Oilers
If skinner played this game everyone would have their pitchforks out. I'm a tiny bit glad I didn't have to endure the stress of the third period 😂 good solid win. On to the next.
B.B.O.T.I.T.!!!! 1:05😂😂😂😂
Nasty stasteny is a good addition to the oilers 🎉 😮💨👌
When the announcer said 'they haven't given up a 4 goal lead since 1993'
I was like "welp, he done said it and fucked us"
First 30 mins had great pace. Ingram was as average as we need him to be. Solid. No flopping around. Our goaltending is better….
that 4th line is brutal , good game Dri needs to focus seems he is frustrated
Austin, I’m in England for the holidays and won’t be back till the 3rd. How have the boys looked in the last two games?
Connor Ingram has had to deal with a monumental amount of pain and stress. I can absolutely relate to his interview with gene. I am seriously cheering hard for 38, this could be one hell of a come back
I felt bad Oilers shutting down on Connor Ingram in the 3rd period when , Ingram was playing so well….management really needs to look into the defensive roll of the Oilers, this has been a long ongoing problem, Oilers struggle in their own end with lack of effort and passes to bad turnovers, they cannot go on winning on luck or having to possibly score 6 to 7 goals in order to feel safe to win most games, this is a huge problem that is not being corrected.
Might’ve been a blessing in disguise that Jarry got hurt. We are finally healthy enough to see if we need to spend assets on the backup role. If Ingram continues to play well I think he gets that spot. Regula hasn’t been great. Walman can’t get back soon enough. It will be interesting to see what happens once some of our forwards get back and healthy. Who will be sent down or shipped off.
Vegas one of the worse teams in the 1st and one of the best teams in the 3rd period. So expect them to come on strong each period. Two games Edmonton won the first 30 mins 4-0 and vegas won the 2nd game 30 mins 3-0. Vegas a good team missing a few good players.
McD has been on an unbelievable heater. If I were Tram USA I’d be worried right now! Mangiapane…….. I think he’s. It really working out, nit contributing enough and taking penalties, that’s no good.
Spencer Stastney is looking like the most underrated trade of the season. Looking great
stop blaming the offiating. The oilers have to play clean hockey and stay out of the box!
It's a shame Edmonton spends 10 million a year on Bouchard, who is NOT a great defenseman, hires the worthless Frederic for 3.85 million a year, but can't even find a decent goalie with a save percentage above 90%.. 😇Today Edmonton had to use the worst goaltender in the AHL 😂and they were VERY lucky to win the game against Vegas.
Wouldn't put it past McDavid to post another 150+ point season this year, unlikely but with him playing like his 2020/21 and his 2022/23 self I can see it happening somehow.
Is Jerry already on the IR list? That was fast.
Great to see Roslovic and Lazar recovered from their injuries.
That aside, the absence of Frederic has been good for two reasons: another more productive player has taken advantage of the available position, and all players have noticed that they could be scratched at any time, regardless their experience/salary.
PS: Don't get mad at me Austin, but I have liked Jones' performance as a 4rth liner, he has been aggressive on the forecheck in the two straight games he has played. Has anyone else noticed this?
So now Oilers fans are going to jump on the Ingram bandwagon after one mediocre performance? BWAAHAHAHA! 😆😅
Wish they could start playing the game without getting bent.
Biggest positives of this game was of course Instagram getting the win, Rolsolvic looking good in 1st game after injury (loved how he was throwin quick shots at the net at almost every chance), Nuge and McD staying hot, Nurse being actually useful as you point out, and that finally Fredric got the pressbox view ! Maybe he will have an epiphany up there.
No more Skinner and the oilers are on fire. Now let's get a new coach and put this team in overdrive
Austin i wish you a merry christmas yor you and your familiy. Greetings from Bremen, Germany
Bet 365 are official sponsors of NHL referees calling Vegas games 😂
Crazy how we can go from looking like an unbeatable team in the first half of one period, to a team that's never played together and couldn't care less about the outcome in the second half. Still so many components of this team that need to be dealt with ASAP, Nurse, Ragula (I blame Nurse for part of REgula's poor decision making), the bottom 6 (Janmark is great defensively but has college Div. 3 forward/offensive skill most of the time). Still stoked that we got the W but that was an atrocious 30 mins of hockey from the boys. The lack of effort from the lower end of the talent pool is what really pisses me off. If you suck – comparatively speaking, of course – then at least give a full effort. Otherwise you're literally useless,
