@Flyers de Philadelphie

X – https://x.com/HWhockeyX IG – https://www.instagram.com/hwhockeyig/ #sportsnet #philadelphiaflyers #nhl

  1. This is a low risk trade that has possibilities for significant upside. They get rid of a guy that thinks he’s a second pair guy in his head & he’s about $800,000 overpaid. Tomasino is a former 1st rounder and had a decent rookie season. Hopefully a change will help him out, I’m surprised they got anything for Zamula considering they were hoping someone would pick him up on waivers. So, a former 1st rounder for nothing in my opinion. This is a good trade, even though not world changing

  2. I like Tomasino, while I’m not counting on anything, he’s proven he can be a consistent bottom 6 player. Maybe a change of scenery can get him going again

  3. Tomasino gives us plenty of options; he could be developed as a fourth center, a bit like Poheling, except he's right-handed, something we don't have and which could be very helpful for face-offs. We also have the option of putting him on the wing in a top 9 role to replace Foerster and see if he can show something…. Don't underestimate this transaction; we saw what happened with Grundstrum !!!!, keep in mind that Tomasino has a much higher celling than Carl…you never know, he is only 24, good job Dany

  4. Again great job really enjoy your podcast. Goog trade, get rid of a defensemen who just clear waiver for a former first rounder who might need a change of environnement. Low risk high reward trade. Go Flyers from Pont-Rouge, Quebec

  5. I like how the word "resolution" was worked in there, look at that player breakdown creativity with the mic, word usage with the new year upon us – those creative writing classes in college shining on 2026. Great trade, again getting something for nothing, nice job by the front office, works great for both players!

  6. I will never get why we traded zamula it was a stupid trade he is among the leagues top defensemen in transition contests and him risto paired together allowed the fewest goals out of any defensemen pairing last season I don’t get what rich tocchet sees in andrae or drysdale
