It’s law that multiple NY Rangers make the Olympic team. Deserved or not. Robertson AND Tuch got hosed.

Robertson not getting a spot is a scandal. He's easily one of the top 6 forwards in the US.
The "you can't have an All-Star team at the Olympics" is one of most idiotic takes around, considering All-Stars are generally the most talented, highest skilled players. Sure, a player gets voted in here and there based on popularity or support from his own country, but that's not what we're talking about here. Neither Miller or Trocheck should be on the roster at this stage of their career, and if they didn't play in NYC for the Rangers, and instead played for the Kraken or the Mammoth, I highly doubt they would have made the cut.
Don’t forget about Swayman of Boston. He was the World Championship Goalie. I don’t think he was on the 4 Nations team either.
Tage has the hardest shot on this team. U need him on PP1 with the better US players. U do realize that Tage is the 2nd best US goal scorer behind Matthew’s the last what 3 years. More than Eichel.
Don’t forget we have all of January to play games. Someone can get hurt and that will give Tuch a chance.
I feel like TNT could easily wind up on the top 6 of this USA team. He might not start there but I could easily see him just dominating plays and working his way up to it. Part of the reason his season hasn’t been amazing is his linemates. I mean he’s on a top line with Krebs and Doan rn. No offense to them and I like the lineup rn but that ain’t exactly ideal for a top line. I hope USA puts him on that left side on the PP and lets him bang 100 MPH clappers all tournament long.

Give UPL a team in front of him like we have right now and he’s going to be one of the best goalies in this league. During this winning streak he’s let in only one goal each game. Two years ago he was one of the best goalies that year also.

Yeah, I dont see Thompson better at the 200 foot game. He in fact did regress. He only does a 200 foot game right after he gets caught being lazy by not back checking and a goal goes in because of it. If the other team doesn't score…he doesn't change for the next game. Its one of the biggest peeves that I have about Tage.
