    I was actually excited when they got Frederick thinking he was exactly what theycneeded. But boy, was I wrong on that one! I really hope he can salvage his career and sort it out or this could be an all time worst contract

    For what it's worth I was at an open practice friday… Frederick was the last guy off the ice and all the coaches as well as Draisaitl stayed 15 to 20 minute with him after every other forward left to continue drills with him. Was nice to see. Hopefully he's just working through something.

    I never understood Knoblauch's apparent underutilization of Jeff Skinner, who played reliably and decently enough for his role on the team. And I will never understand why Bowman would commit to an 8 year term with NMC for Frederic. It made no sense especially with Frederic coming off injury. Why!??

    Signing hyman made sense because he had 5 seasons in toronto avg almost 50 points in points per game played and then amazing seasons in edmonton.
    Signing frederic for 8 seasons when hes had one season of 40 points at the age of 27 is arguably the worst signing we have done. Should have been a proce it deal for 2 years since the sample size was small.

    Sorry Liam, i have to disagree, skinner didnt produce. His points per game wasnt much better than what savoie and mangiapane. Perry and brown were better choices for ice time last year over skinner.
    Skinner had flashes in the playoffs but by then it was too late. We all witnessed skinner not producing on mcdavids line and you and i and everyone were saying skinner needed to sit last year

    Back it up.. lets be honest were laying for keeping old timers vs the good seasoned players we let walk in holloway and Broberg… Frederic for that amount of a contract…?? Ohhh management is gonna cause he to neglect this team after 28 years of being a supporter
