Rangers have very little to sell except Panarin to be honest. Players like Soucy, Sheary, Vaak won't be appealing to other teams & will bring back little. They could trade Othmann & Berard, but again the return won't be needle moving. The guys who would bring back assets would be Lafreniere, Schneider, Perreault but would you trade them? Risky with Drury at the helm. Brodzinski might bring back a draft pick. The only way forward to a Cup will require being bad & getting good picks. This takes time & patience that neither management or fans probably have.
I said this awhile ago that Tuch and his agent stopped talking an type of extension with the Sabers about a week now. Talks stopped a few weeks ago, to a month now. I just didn't know if Tuch would have his agent resume talks with Buffalo after they fired Adams. It appears that wasn't the case as it looks like Tuch stance is remaining the same, despite the Sabers bringing a new GM

the faster everyone accepts that the Rangers will not make the playoffs. Last year, Drury mentioned that the team would look drastically different.
If the Rangers were smart, stay away from Tuch. No worth the future cost.
