To me Celebrini is like a MAKO shark!
When Sabres win 10 straight, we are all so happy. When Oilers won 16 straight (tied for 2nd largest win streak in NHL history) many were discrediting them, instead of celebrating such a rare and exciting achievement lol. Here's to 7 more for Buffalo!

Happy New Year from Australia 🙂 I know you were being a bit tongue in cheek but I can't help thinking that amazing as Celebrini is – he's so lucky there are other good players in San Jose to support him – Smith, Colin Graf, Chernyshov, Eklund when he's playing well. I feel like Bedard's an example of what a team looks like that's being carried on the shoulders of one poor guy. For instance, if Bedard was in San Jose and Celebrini was in Chicago – I wonder what it would look like?
I am so happy for Buffalo and their fans, they have endured losing for just too long.

Shannon, I hope you see this. For context, NY Jets also missed the playoffs for 15 years. However their number of losses over that time is roughly 100. The Sabres number of losses is around 500. That's a lot of constant losing.

Jets are playing somewhat well, but they can't score. If they can't score, they can't win.
Dallas seems to think the Sabres aren't as good as the Blackhawks, who beat them in a shootout last week, or they would have played Oettinger rather than throw DeSmith into the first of the two back to back games.
As an Avs fan I must say the only thing I hate about St Louis is Binnington. Wouldn’t have any animosity towards them otherwise. Dallas is the true arch-rival

some of the thing that were not called vs things that were called were frustrating in the Ducks game especially looking at the would be trip of Backlund just outside the faceoff circle vs the trip that got called against Kreider but at least the Ducks got a point out of a game that felt that everything was against them
