Lindy Ruff is at 1287 and in 2nd. So at 82 games a year with 41 left (currently at 1002) then that means at the end of this season he will be at a minimum of 1043, plus at least 4 in the playoffs so 1047. That means he needs 240 or just 3 more full seasons with the lightning to get to 2nd. Al Arbor at 1500 would be right about 6 more seasons including a couple playoff runs. I don't think that is unreasonable or unrealistic
