@Ducks d'Anaheim

#anaheimducks #lakings #nhl #hockey #heatedrivalry ✅ Découvrez notre partenaire ! 1. I gotta admit, the Ducks Vs Kings does seem like its missing that fire now, because i think the drivers have all changed out, the Kings dont really any of those "grit" players, where as the games against Seattle or utah theres lots of similar timelines if that makes sense?

The injury to Leo i think is more Leo wanting to stay out there and battle, i remember something he said in an NHL Network thing about battling through some things, so i think he was trying to continue through the pain, but players need to be just as accoutable for injuries and dealing with them. Its why the concussions is often handled by 3rd party doctors because it stops players from telling trainers they are good,

  2. i had the same thought pulling the 'shhh' after scoring a 5 on 3 for almost 2m is crazy work.
i wish granny or senecke shh'd there bench when they were all crying. You know the fans would feel differently about the potential non stoppage if fiala had scored on his ensuing breakway.
The refs had their money on LA all weekend, too lol

  3. Never feel so much happy for not only beat Kings twice, feel like playoff hope are back to the team. Go Ducks 🦆🏒🧡

  4. I still Say Dostal should of just said screw it and speed skated down there and started a goalie fight screw the refs

  5. i thought no one wanted to lose in the first game and no one wanted to or could win in the 2nd one. they all look exhausted. kings had way too many PP chances and still sucked. your outro "and go ducks" sounds right again!

  6. It's a great rivalry, but I don't ever want to see it the way it was back in 2013 (correct me if I'm wrong). There were seven major fights (in the crowd) including an older man kicked down the stairs. It's what prompted a heavy police presence anytime the Kings played at the Honda Center.

  7. i blame former quack George Parros for helping make the league softer and less fighting in the game today.

  8. I honestly think we need to have a winter classic style game every year between the kings and ducks for the freeway face off. Dodgers stadium, SoFi, angel stadium, LA coliseum, rose bowl, etc. would be fun and would bring the rivalry stronger cuz u have both fan bases interacting with each other. Nothing makes u more angry than as a fan seeing the opposing fans cheering irl.

  9. The amount of diving the Queens did was pathetic. Always happy when the Ducks win and especially when they can overcome so many bad calls.

  10. Rivalry might not be heated on the ice but the Kings fans around me at Honda center were more obnoxious than usual. I think Ducks fan will always hate Kings fans

  11. Leo was misdiagnosed as that type of lesion is extremely hard to diagnose until the fluid filled pockets start to form more clearly. And that usually takes 4-6 at minimum before those pockets fill and its extremely painful.

  12. That was epic when dostal skated to center. Great games though glad to see them playing better. Now we need regulation wins.

  13. When we meet playoff time it will heat up again. Ducks/Kings will always exist due to sheer geography, no matter the standings.

I would say games with Philly are more heated right now though. A team we play no more than twice a year lol. Cutter drama really spiced that one up. Can't wait until the next meeting March 18th! Viele was acquired for games like that

  14. Happy with our play the last 3 games. Seems Q is trying to preach a more defensive style. That's what the kids need to learn. Playoffs are all about defense, grit, and momentum. We know we can score goals, we have more than enough skill in our lineup. But if you can shut the other team down, you've mastered the game right there. Hopefully the guys respond going further. Thankfully the Pacific division race is so tight right now that with a good winning streak the Ducks can get right back to the top again.

Good stuff as always, much love from Dallas Texas! Let's go Ducks!! Secretly hoping Ducks/Stars meet in the playoffs so I can wear orange in the AAC this summer! Lol

  15. Great wins. But still all production coming mainly from the top 2 lines. They go cold and we will be cooked like the 9 game skid. Line 3 somehow got worse offensively with the trade. Still need a #1 Rd. Need to keep it rolling. We got a challenge in the schedule to the break.

  16. good team effort, still don't think they squeeze into playoffs, but what a different team with a real coach.

  17. I think its simply because both of these teams aren't cup contenders. In the height of the rivalry, both teams were pretty much equally matched and we both had older grizzled leaders that had gone head to head so many times. It was Getzlaf, Perry, Selanne, Beauchemin vs. Kopitar, Doughty, Williams, Brown, Stoll. Thats legendary stuff.

On the other hand, you don't see that lack of fire in the rivarly like when the Habs play the Bruins, or the Penguins play the Flyers.

Ducks biggest rival right now is probably Utah. On paper it'd still be LA.

  18. what the hell is Harkins doing in the PP?! maybe the worst, oh no Viel is now there, okay the second worst offensive player of the whole team!
I am worry when Carlsson, Terry and Vatrano comes back…. till they are out, we play defensivly good.

  19. Kempe trying to "shush" Ducks fans after the Kings scored on a five on three. I guess that's about the only way they can score these days. He so sassy!

  20. The OT backcheck stick lift immediately into no-look breakout pass was one of the slickest things I've ever seen.

  21. The penalties are killing us but the PK has been solid as of late. The OT win was Epic! Sent the Kings fan home with another loss 🤩🥳. 3 wins in a row…let’s go 4 tonight against NY! Go Ducks!

  22. Offense is flashy and fun, but defense is what ultimately wins the games and the Ducks are totally bought into it now. The coaches have their reasons why they waited that long. Better late than never. Can’t wait for the Colorado game.

  23. It's been a relief to see this team to gel back together this stretch. Like you mentioned how the defense has stepped up and Minty getting back his magic. Happy to see the upload and was looking forward to it after that miserable stretch lol
