Younger? NYR is just #20 among the most old teams, your proposal is really pathetic
NY does need to get younger, this season is just about over, by start of next season some of these guys will be another year older and heading towards the downturn of their careers. Need to make changes now while they have value.
Trading Trochek would further kill moral in the dressing room IMO. Definitely need to get a 1st + good prospect for Panarin. I can't see Soucy bringing back a 2nd, but I'd be delighted if that happened! I'd be happy to get that third back or even a 4th. Vaak, Raddysh, Sheary will get very little, but Brodzinski could get a good return, maybe from the Wild.
Don't need to worry about the Rangers trading for Kiefer Sherwood anymore. The Sharks just traded for him about thirty minutes ago. So he's off the trade block
