Sherwood should have been kept over garland, Sherwood at 4.5-5m is way better value then garland at 6m for the next 6 years his contract is going to age like boesser for 7m
I like how Kiefer speaks of his time in Vancouver. He sounds like an all-in, team guy. And reading the fan's comments about him reveals what a quality person he is on top of being a great hockey player. I do feel for the Canucks fans since SJ has been in rebuild for several years and have said our goodbyes to many fan faves. I get it, it can be painful.
I suspect KS will also become a fan favorite in San Jose too. We look forward to seeing him join Celebrini, Smith, Misa, etc and providing veteran leadership. Hopefully the two 2nd rd picks materialize into meaningful choices for your club.
