whats needed is a g. m. that knows how to fix the cap situation. drury has had time and its nowhere near resolved. that is why the team is full of aging journey man, basicly guys that have very little offensive talent. their best players are getting older are expensive and too small when it comes to playoff hockey! they havent drafted or developed well since the "letter". its time for a total rebuild again, BUT IT HAS TO BE DONE WITH THE PROPER G.M. AND EXECUTIVES IN PLACE OR IT WILL FAIL ONCE AGAIN!!!
I bet Kreider would love to have Mika in Anaheim with him and Trouba.They have the cap space and plenty of assets to make that trade
One of the few guys who delivers freight train hits on an otherwise way too soft team… a guy who was a good fill in when Fox went down the first time… but sure – let's trade Schneider.
I would not trade Schneider, he is only 24 and playing alright unless you have to add him as an asset in a sign and trade deal to get Jason Robertson or someone like him. They are not going to give Panarin the amount of money and years he wants so they have to trade him before the deadline and get something good back and it doesn't matter if they could make the playoffs or not, they are not going far and they are not going to make it anyway with the way this season going and with injuries mounting. they should a good return because he is the top free agent left unsigned and a lot of teams are in the playoffs mix especially in the East. They can get a #1 pick, a decent younger player and a good prospect. Mika is having a good year, not great but not bad. He would be harder to move because of his salary and years left but maybe Anaheim would be interested in adding him with Kreider and other exRangers so they may think he could be a good fit for them. Trocheck is easier to move because his salary is friendly and only 2 more years so you may want to get something good for him now while you can and get younger and better for the future because it doesn't look like they are going to win with this core of aging players the way things are going now.

Trade the whole f'ing roster and gut the whole Organization. There isn't a single person, worth keeping on this shitty Team/Org. (Minus a few players of course and I do mean, only a few players)
They arent trading Trocheck, they have no Centers in the pipeline and Schneider will be an RFA next year and they will have cap room to sign him. I think they would get rid of Borgen, long before they trade Schneider.
