Trade him, Chevy.
Honestly, after watching Stanley this season and especially last game, I would be extremely saddened to see him be traded away. I know a lot of people don’t like him, and I do admit he has been pretty bad over the years, and people worry about him going back to how he used to be, but if he doesn’t regress he would actually be great.
Stanley and 3rd for a 1st DO IT CHEVY
Looks like ethical tank is back on the menu, boys
Bucky’s save on Bedard was #7 on Sportscenter’s Top 10 tonight
With the jets at second last in the league, they should clear a couple roster players (Schenn and Nyquist) and bring up a couple waiver exempt players so they can grab some borderline players that hit waivers, give them every opportunity to succeed to up their stock then trade them.
How often do players picked up on waivers during a season return any assets at the deadline?
Edit: On further reflection, this doesn’t seem like a viable idea with the first refusal rule. I didn’t realise it lasted the full season and not a set number of games. Either way they should still do everything before the waiver claims.
