The Rangers are an abysmal developmental team so panarin should be flipped for some young roster players who are ready to contribute now. I dont trust drury to make any correct moves however. Been flop after flop after flop with him.
At no point was a team that was shutout 8 times (nearly 9) a playoff team. The Rangers best stretch was 9-5-2 from Thanksgiving to Christmas with mostly OT and SO wins. That's not a contender. They're a last place team. This is where they belong. Chris Drury and their leadership are to blame. It all needs to change.
As a Ranger fan, we've been watching this train wreck since Goodrow was forced out. It's been a long time coming.
If he doesn't have a plan to fix the Rangers, Tom Wilson needs to sell the team.

They threw in the towel..waved the white flag..they have surrendered and given up!! They are pathetic in every aspect of hockey..tear it all down from GM to the players…except their goalie Igor…Trade everyone else for younger players draft picks and rebuild players that are bigger stronger faster..the league is somewhere in that direction..Probably should let go of their coaches for I can’t see them hanging around for the rebuild..

I've been saying the whole time that this team has no heart. No cohesiveness. No chemistry. It's embarrassing and I've been holding my breath on saying anything about Miller because he has always been one of my favorite players. But do you know who was my absolute favorite Ranger? Kreider. And I miss him. I think the team's morale continued to spiral after his departure, which I guess is somehow possible to think they haven't bottomed out yet
Why is no one talking about how lucky they were? They were pretty much gifted Trouba and Fox, they landed Panarin because they are rich, and they landed good lottery picks out of luck. Even Miller they practically stole from Vancouver. Glad to see them not doing well.

It was a good run, now it's time for them to try making huge trades to shake things up or start to rebuild.
Miller is starting to look like a team killer right now but I’m a Canucks fan so I’m know he’s a good player but he’s not a great guy to be around… but he has definitely destroyed his Vancouver teammates and yes we’re at the bottom of the league but I can point towards him as a proven problem for sure
