  1. The Avs are a far superior team. Doesn’t matter if they play good or not. Avs winning 4 outta 5 times vs the leafs.

  2. Remember having to trade the whole team away and watching Kessel win cups, yeah might be time again. Nylander is the perfect example of the class in toronto 🙂
    – With love from Detroit

  3. Maybe Nylander is trying to say screw this team I want to be traded to a team like Colorado.

  4. Leaf fans were awful cocky when ya beat us in OT…but apparently the team,& media thought that was game 7 of the Cup Finals,& Toronto won the Cup 3 on 3 based on the reaction after that game,& what they've done since.

  5. If the Leafs are more than 5 points out of a wildcard spot going into the break, then they probably will miss the playoffs for the 1st time since 2016.

  6. Treliving or Pelley have to get RID of the OLD FUCKS on the Team starting at 35 years old they have to go know matter who the FUCK they are or where the FUCK they come from or born it's time to get YOUNGER players that can keep up to the pace and have speed ..

  7. Crazy on the same night the Leafs get belt from the best team in the NHL the Raptors beat the best team in the NBA

  8. …Even if it takes 10 years, go ahead and rebuild. No sense wasting time doing what you are currently doing.

  9. This Harold Ballard era of hockey on tbis home stand is what killed the Leafs playoff chances. Not a good team 😊

  10. And in a different sport: The Raptors won by 2 against the best team in the NBA and kept it within +/-7 all game.

I gave up on the Maple Chokers a long time ago. Too much doom, gloom and copium in their fans and they got a lot of problems that no amount of rebuilds will ever fix.

The Jays fixed a part of their biggest problem and Dominguez is now going to choke with the White Sox. Okamoto will take some adjustment but he should be leagues better than Bichette and Santander will hopefully be over his back problems.

The Raptors have something in B+I. They just need a stronger Center and if they get that and some better 2nd Unit guys, they can make the playoffs.

  11. A complete overhaul is essential. Our Gay Captain Matthew has only two years remaining on his contract and is one injury away from retirement; we cannot afford to let another Mitch Marner disaster situation unfold again. I worry that management will act too late. When they finally decide to trade Matthews, he may very well sustain a serious injury. It is prudent to trade him now to Los Angeles for at least two first-round picks, without protection. Additionally, trading Player 88 to Chicago for another two first-round picks is crucial. These two gentlemen do not consider Toronto their home; once the team announces a full rebuild, I assure you they will be willing to waive their no-trade clauses, especially for major U.S. cities.

Management needs to prioritize trading Players 34 and 88 before addressing secondary assets. I understand the reluctance to embrace a full rebuild, as do I; however, hoping the Leafs can emulate Boston’s success this season is unrealistic, given that Boston has a championship-caliber core.

I would retain Laughton and OEL, as they are my captain and assistant captain, respectively. It is imperative to trade Players 34 and 88 immediately, along with Carlo, Roy, Bobby M., and MacCabe. We should also inquire with JT about his preferred contenders for a trade. If Morgan is unwilling to accept a deal, a buyout may be necessary. As for the remaining secondary players, everyone knows how to handle those situations but before doing the above PLEASE FIRE TREE TODAY don’t allow him to be part of the team and stop him building a TORONTO FLAMES. Thanks for your attention
