    Islanders have a longer Cup drought than the Rangers, and Islanders fan aren't as delusional as Rangers fans are. So yes: Islanders fans should soak in every win against the Rangers (from a Golden Knights fan).

    Morass stop with the excuses. Oh we didn't have Shesterkin, Pannarin, Fox. Well the Islanders didn't have Sorokin for almost 10 games, didn't have Horvat, no Romanov.     How is this guy allowed to talk on the air? I guess the jets 15 years of failure don’t count because the owner doesn’t care either. It makes me feel better that getting swept by the pats every year doesn’t count.

    Edit: it gets worse. At no point did the islanders or their fans even dream about the first pick. They were in a playoff hunt up until the last 2 weeks of the season.     The only player not playing is Panarin bc he more than likely is getting traded…just bc they're sellers, doesn't mean those players on the ice aren't trying, regardless of who's out there. Shaun needs to get a clue
