I like the LTIR proposition for Norris and Kulich and Tuch agreeing to a team friendly 3 year contract with bonuses.
I really hope Tuch takes a more team friendly deal. The reported money and term he wants just isn't realistic, and that was before the report the other week that he's asking more now that they're winning. I love Tuch as a player and you can put him in any situation and he can thrive, but that money for him just isn't a good investment. It would be throwing too much into one basket when we have other players to lock up in the next year or two. Then with Tuch's age we can't be paying a 35+ year old $12 mil until the end of his career.

Ideally, Tuch gets signed to a contract he’s happy with. Getting him signed will be such a morale boost among the players.
Signing Tuch might mean we get squeezed by the cap and have to lose a couple players, but I hope that both sides can come to a reasonable arrangement, and a deep playoff run might make it happen.
