  1. Surprised that you don't have Carolina as a landing spot for Robert Thomas and Montreal as a landing spot for Jordan Kyrou. I have a hard time believing that Pettersson gets moved because his contract will be very hard to move.

  2. Connor Murphy and Nick Foligno to Detriot for Brandsegg-Nygard straight would be an interesting trade with a lot of upside for both teams…..🐾

  3. You'd have to be nuts to trade for Elias Petterson and his albatross of a contract. The Canucks are stuck with him. Unless Calgary wants to trade Huberdeau for him straight up. Don Waddell says he's in the market for a top six forward, preferably a right shot. Vincent Trocheck and Robert Thomas would both be good fits. In the case of St. Louis, they could reacquire the second round pick the Jackets currently own (33rd overall) in a trade package.

  4. If Binnington is being shopped around, wouldn't Edmonton make a ton of sense?

I don't see the Bruins looking to add forwards, especially with the forwards in their pipeline, but I do see them trying to add a RHD with term.

  5. Response to your predictions:
Hamilton the Sharks makes sense theyre rumored to be in on Reilly so why wouldnt they kick tires on Hamilton as well. Leafs I just dont see them doing it. I think with Treliving aging this team as much as he has I think he focuses now more on Younger bigger players. Guys like Mintykov.
    Best Fit: San Jose
Kadri I dont think he wil play for Montreal , I think his contract would be to much for them term wise. They need that cap for Demidov , Kapanen,Hage etc. IF Calgary would agree to take back Gallagher and he will agree to go then MAYBE that works but i dont see otherwise. I think if Montreal is going to be in on someone it would be Trochek out of The Rangers to me he fits perfectly. Kadri I dont see him being moved… I really dont unless cgy is willing to eat 50 percent.
    Best Fit: Stays in CGY

Trochek- Like i said above Trochek fits better imo in Montreal and they have the assets to do it. Im wondering if MTL makes a move and aquires Trochek and Schneider . and sends out Hage+1st +Struble or Xhekaj back to NYR. to me this would be the perfect trade for both sides. Hage would be a centre option for NY next season and Schneider would help Montreals weaker right side. 3rd pair
    Best Fit: Montreal

    Coleman I could see
    Best Fit: Anaheim.

Foegele – I do agree he could end up back in Edmonton, Only if LA would take back Mangiapane i just dont see them doing that to me Foegeles more valuable and could actually fetch something without a bad contract coming back. Foegele I think would be a really good fit in Detroit. They need more of his type player in their middle 6.
    Best Fit: Detroit

Robert Thomas: I dont see MTL in on Thomas at all. to me he makes a little to much to play 2C when theyre trying to have a deep team. I think theyre max on 2C will be in the 5.5M area. Trochek OReilly someone like that. I see Carolina as the team for him. Playing him alongside Ehlers and Stankoven would be a very good line. not so much defensively but offensively would be very good imo.
    Best Fit : Carolina

Stamkos: Aint nobody dumb enough to take on that full contract hes still scoring but hes beyond a liability defensively. any team who takes on Stamkos there would absolutely have to be retained money to bring his contract down to a managable 4.5M.
    If Nashville retains |
    Best Fit: Buffalo Sabres

Brayden Schenn: I think the ship has sailed on him when they didnt cash in on his high value last season they gambled and they lost. hes become much slower this year. IMO hes a shell of himself this season. I think he stays in St Louis. Makes to much money and I cant see them retaining on him.
    Best Fit: Stays In STL

Garland: He will 1000% bbe moved at the deadline theres no way they let his NMC click in next season.
    Best FiT: Capitals

    Kyrou: Anaheim
Binnington: Flyers pehaps Tippett goes back the other way?

    McMann – San Jose
    OEL-EDM
    Oleksiac- PIT

Luke Schenn…. Hes NOT coming back to TOR that ship has sailed. if he gets moved it will be to a team like MTL, DAL, EDM
