Loved to watch Larkin get the gold, honor Gaudreau, and represent the Red Wings on the global stage. Hated to see him smile and pose with Kash Patel. We should keep politics and sports as separate as possible which is why Kash had no right being in the locker room. I’m holding further judgement until I hear Larkin’s thoughts on it.
Larkins performance at the Olympics is just further proof he doesn't give his all in Detroit. this should infuriate each and every one of you. we're paying him 8.7 million dollars a year to go 20+ games a season in a row without scoring, and to cry in the locker room like a little girl when they lose. oh and by the way, his cold streaks always conveniently happen at the end of every season, during the playoff push, when they need him most. he has 3 5v5 points in the past 27 games. 2 qualities of a real leader are consistency and resilience – he has neither

Wings are in a weak division,(conference) and many teams are closing fast and still not confident they are good enough to make the playoffs.
