Not that it's relevant in this game, I didn't even watch it. But the Leafs let the fans, who just want any scapegoat, play gm and not really pursue signing Marner. A point a game player his entire career and that's their big shakeup to attempt a real culture change. I didn't know that Marner was so detrimental to the Leaf defense. I guess because he wasn't. You need a strong blueline. Leafs are dreadful

Toronto needs to strip the team down to the studs. Coaches, managers and especially the players need a complete overhaul. This team has no killer instinct and it's shown clearly for over a decade now. Which is especially damning considering how much talent they've had. I say this as a Canucks fan drinking his way through the season.
