Might be time to hang em up Talbot, was hoping he could be a good backup but at this point he has been not good at all, even if we make the playoffs I don't think he would be able to win 1 game at this point. He has lost 11 of his last 13 starts, all losses he let in 3 goals or more and has plenty time off to be rested and can't stop a beach ball
Yzerman please bring in some reinforcements asap please don't wait until the day of the trade deadline. We need help NOW before we start falling behind

Edvinsson was terrible. 5 on 5 they are still inept. Glad Soderblom was scratched he's a useless plug. Time for Finnie to be sent down and Kasper needs benching too. Yzerman needs to make moves. IF they make the Play-offs they'll be swept easily or gone in 5.

Dear armchair gms, a 3rd pair dman on the worst team in the league refuses to waive his ntc. If that guy wont come here, how do you expect yzerman to make a trade for a star player?
It's just such a bad style of hockey, so many terrible habits and ineffective ways of doing things. Why are our defensemen always trying to coast back and block a forechecker's path when they have to retrieve a puck, when they could just skate hard and pick it up ASAP? All of them do it and it leads to moments like Seider getting smashed into the boards. The way they try to clear the puck is so gross, it's so often forced up the boards where the other team easily closes off any outlet. That's what happened on the 4th goal, ASP just put it in a bad spot because this team never tries to use the middle of the ice. And don't get me started on the way they play in the offensive zone.
The lousy 5 v. 5 offense has been an issue for a long while. And it’s surprising when you consider how many skilled guys we have. But, as Todd notes, it’s really because too many forwards aren’t contributing squat. I worry that if Yzerman does nothing to help this roster they will slide out of contention,
Was at this game, wings continue to lose because of their lack of physicality, and poor defensive zone breakouts. If you can’t defend yourself physically and can’t get the puck out quickly and efficiently, you get steamrolled which is what happened tonight.
Our d-zone and neutral zone play needs a lottttt of work. Can’t be waiting until the 3rd period to start carrying the puck into the o-zone instead of dump and chase.
Talbs is a great guy but this team plays horribly in front of him.
I have much higher expectations for Nashville. LGRW.
Barely beat Ottawa, this team is pathetic. I’d be happier if they would take egregious violent penalties vs just folding all the time. Two hand someone in the teeth, horse collar, slap shot at the opposing bench. Get a spark.
We have some guys that are just jerseys wow uncle feaster never would have said that …. I love it ….. I think there’s about 6 guys he’d cut right now if he could …. I’d love to know what’s said behind closed doors .

The boys have only scored 7 goals in the last 5 games. Our offense has dried up.
This obviously still is a team not built to win it's still 3 yrs out at least
