I mean that’s honestly a good way to look at it.

  2. Probably a good move on his part because I’m sure Quinn will remember this when it’s time to begin extension talks.

    Amazing

Something he would’ve never had in Vancouver. This probably feels like breaking up with a toxic ex you couldn’t ever leave but the relationship was so rotten you dont want good looks like, so now with Guerin, it’s so healthy that Hughes is genuinely shocked and relieved

As long as Quinn wants to do it and he shows up to games, fine.

Life is short and unpredictable. Just do it

  6. That’s a guy whose trying to keep his star player happy lol but he’s not wrong

If he keeps getting stripped of pucks, Billy G may have a change of heart.

  8. Is he flying around on Leopold’s private jet? If he is, he would a lot less tired then if he had to go commercial. Good for him. Good advice GMBG!!

Shit like this is why I think he’ll re-sign here

I’ve been wondering about that. What an insane last week. Win the gold in the morning Sunday, get sloshed after, fly to the US and apparently go drinking with Pat McAfee on Monday, go to DC for the State of the Union, (break on Wednesday?), fly to Colorado to play a game Thursday, fly to Utah to play Friday, Saturday fly to New York for SNL which is taped in the evening and notoriously goes late into the morning, fly back to Minnesota for Sunday afternoon game against the Blues. Yeesh.

    I like this approach

Guerin is still on my shit list for bringing that shitstorm on the men’s team, though. Fucking braindead and he’s not got nearly enough flack for it

hey man we’re here for a good time not a long time

happy for Quinn and all but I also want to beat Dallas in the standings. hard choices. yolo.

  14. I love this so much. Lots of wisdom in this. Seems simple but many people lose sight of such aspects in life.
