@Sabres de Buffalo

This needs to be the move at minimum, you need a lot of NHL caliber bodies to survive in the playoffs and we don’t know how our guys coming off of big injuries like Timmins and Danforth will look.

Over the next week, all the talking heads will say “good team x is looking to add, but they don’t want to overpay” and “team x is looking to be a seller, but won’t get rid of player x unless it’s an offer they can’t say no to.”

Go after Boone Jenner and Logan Stanley.

This is 100% the correct approach. Leave the big deals for the offseason.

Bunting, Dickinson, McMann, Coleman, Foegele, or Blueger. I’d definitely try and get Kent Johnson out of Columbus and Heinola or Salomonsson out of Winnipeg.

We all saw how they were fatigued headed into the break. For sure the blue line needs an addition or two.

Bring Tyler myers home. He’s big, he’s defensively responsible, and he can log 15-18 minutes a night.

Eric Haula for a mid round pick

Connor Murphy for Kozak and a small pick

So a couple things here: first, no trace clauses are still going to be a major problem for Buffalo, so that’s something to keep in mind. Maybe not as much as before, but top guys let’s say like Panarin, LA was a preferred destination, along with some southern cities, but Buffalo was not, and a lot of guys still have that sentiment.

Now they may consider it, but ultimately, they will likely have other destinations first in mind.

As far as what Dregsr is saying, I can believe it

To me, this sounds like Logan Stanley and Erik Haula or Michael Bunting. All three guys solve problems for us.

  10. If someone from top 9 would be out, that McDavid guy should be able to fill in

I want the chaos giraffe back. Lindy make the call to your boy!

What rostered player do you think is movable without effecting chemistry?

A faceoff guy. That shit matters and we suck at it.

Helenus for Tippett seems like a good trade for both teams.

Buffalo needs Winger with term and Flyers need Centers.

  15. Bottom 6 forward… So no hope on Greenway / Danforth then?

I did see somewhere someone saying Ryan lomberg from the flames would be an interesting addition. I think he makes our bottom 6 a bit meaner and he can actually fight well
