This is the older players throwing a middle finger up to management. Why would they deserve respect? Those two buffoons have decimated this team and soon the fanbase. I don't sense GM's around the league have much respect for them either. Dark days..
We have a bunch of guys that need someone with talent to pass / shoot for them. That guy just left for the wild… our forwards are atrocious at creating their own chances

Wondering if Vancouver is losing on purpose
I know we're all putting blame on the players for this season and I agree they do sure deserve it because all of them are playing like a shadow of themselves this year, but c'mon lets face it, Foote is the all time worst coach in Canuck history and easily the worst coach in the league by miles, I'd much rather have the just fired L.A Hiller as our coach and the Kings fan wanted him fired last season! Just think about it…Marco Rossi had 40 points and then 60 points in his first 2 years, and now in 11 games he's played here under Foote he has 2 points on pace to not even 12 points a season. Hoglander hasn't scored a SINGLE goal this season under this coach. You know how everybody was saying no matter how bad the other guys were playing last year, we gotta keep Garland because he's the heart the engine of the team he just keeps going, well this year sure is different, he hasn't scored a goal since omg I don't even remember when he last scored a goal that's how long it's been!! Literally every single player on this team has regressed and has played alot worse this season than previous seasons, so you cannot tell me this is not on Foote! At first being that I'm all on for tanking I don't think we should fire Foote, but now I've changed my mind, if we keep playing like this for another twenty something games…it has got to hurt the team bigtime in the long run imo. Even if Foote gets fired once season is over and there is a new coach for the beginning of next season, there will be so little time for them to adjust and adapt to the new coach system before the season begins. And even if let Foote go now and hire a new coach, it's not like the new coach is gonna win every remaining games in the season and hurt our draft chances, I'm pretty sure we're still gonna end up last place because we are sooo far behind everybody in points that it will take the new coach to win like 90% of the remainder games just to lower our draft odds a little. So idk, I just think the longer this team is under Foote's tutelage the more it hurts the team skill wise confidence wise and moral wise. Foote has GOT TO GO!
Ask yourselves how you'd respond to someone asking you, "Why do you suck at your job?". You'd probably tire of it. In the real world, you'd get fired if you sucked like EP40 and the Canucks do. In the NHL, that's not how it works. It sucks that he's fallen off a cliff and that he's making $11.6M per but don't expect EP40 to be a point per game guy. Hell, he might never score 60 points again! Asking hin over and over again isn't going to change anything. He simply isn't the same guy that scored 102 points a few years ago.
This is very similar to Luongo and the, "My contract sucks" years. Everyone knew his skills had diminished, his contract was paying for past production and it had too many years remaining. Same thing here. Luongo got moved. Hopefully Petey will be too.
