For Swayman and why he takes heat, I think people would rather have him tone it down in the media and just stop pucks.
I wonder if Boston pivots on the Robert Thomas rumors and goes for a package with N.J. for Simon Nemec and maybe Dawson Mercer or Nico Hischier?
I see comments on so many channels, ppl just love to hate on him, regardless of anything.

Regarding Garland – He is in the final year of his contract but, he's already re-signed a new contract for 6 years after this season. With the Canucks looking to trade him are they able to retain salary on his current contract? (just the rest of this year) Or would they have to retain on the new contract as well?
We've always been hard on our goalies,
at least since Gerry Cheevers.
I'm not saying this to talk down to anyone, just as a point, but I think fans struggle with goalies because so few get the chance to play the position. It's a lot more physical and especially mental than people think. There is a reason almost all goalies are a little off lol.
