Current reports are saying that they are targeting him, but so is pretty much every team. I know KHL guys rarely kill it in the NHL but this seems like such a slam dunk to at least try given the state of our teams centers

He’ll somehow sign with Vegas. All jokes aside, every team can offer him the same amount so unfortunately we don’t have anything we can offer other than a promise for top line minutes

I didn’t care to look at Shabanov last season, but this guy could fit our team nicely with Jett likely getting some ahl time. We get to look at what Vitali can do for a year and he gets to show what he’s got, put up some points with our stacked set of wingers and get paid. Don’t think Tocchet really cares about the Russian stuff, Grebenkin has steadily risen throughout the year and Michkov has a longer leash now too.

Fedotov got a sweet contract.
Kolosov (also Belarusian and Pinchuk’s old teammate) got what he wanted last year.
Pinchuk will get a decent shot at good minutes on the Flyers.
