As an Avalanche fan, I feel like the movements across the lines are tragic.
At the first half of the season, Colorado was unstoppable. Now they are playing well but its changing with every game.
Makar was killer backline with Toews when they were unstoppable, now he is playing with Kulak and they suck and Makar is scoring less goals then before. First line was filled with Lehkonen when they were unstoppable, who did tons of dirty work for Marty and Nathan, now there is someone different each game and while its not bad, they are deffinitely stoppable.
Like… I am not expert by any means, but – generaly speaking – why would you break-up something that is working on a fantastic level? (injuries, sure, but you can slap it back again once they recover)
NHL sure wanted him to get #1,000 with all the damn PP chances they gave them but somehow Washington didn't get called for anything the entire 2nd half of the game. Was starting to wonder what part of Dallas these refs were from…but got it done-great job boys.
