He's got an Ovie type of shot….there were some comps to a prime Messier from Larionov….I think that's totally possible

  2. Will they put all three of our Russians on one line? Should they?…….probably, especially if the team needs a good jolt of energy. Podz is pretty good at faceoffs, so put Kuzy and Ilya on a line and see how it goes. Y’now Bruce is thinking about it.

  3. Buying his jersey at the home opener, he quickly became one of my favourite players

  4. In less than 16 months here, his English is good. I like this guy.. He will be here for a long time. No swagger, either. just humble

  5. Overall we seem to have good luck with Russians

    Bure
    Mogilny
    Larionov
    Podkolzin

now we will see about his new Russian player we signed this year

    SIGN HORVAT NOW!!

Podkolzin and Hoglander seem to building some chemistry together I hope they take the next step they are already good are strong hit people and don't take any crap from anybody maybe put that new Russian with them next year see if that works

Also Boudreu seems to be pushing all the right buttons for the young guys and all the Canucks seem to have bought into his message

This year should be good test for us I see the division

    Edmonton
    Vancouver
    Calgary
    LA
    Anaheim
    Seattle
    San Jose

  6. Pod was a pleasant surprise for me, looks like he has a solid career ahead of him.

  7. He really improved his english I remembered seeing him outside of Rogers arena when he was walking home and asked for a pic after a very tough loss when points were crucial, took a pic with him and he never spoke a word to anyone but I understand he was still learning english.

  8. I've followed Canucks for their entire NHL existence This is my favourite collection of players

  9. Hea is a beauty. This year is going to be special. Get ready for some magic this year boys!
