we still going to trade Trochek and probably Schneider for big returns. Aspinall should get good icetime to develop into an excellent 2nd or 1st liner.
Tynan Lawrence is also an interesting prospect, just not sure if you pick him with our best 1st rounder or whether he would be available to be picked with the later 1st rounder … but it might open up the possibility of trading that 1st pick of ours and falling back a few spots and add some more draft capital.
McKenna has the same gift as Perreault– tremendous on ice vision. I like him over Stenmark. Ethan Belchetz & Caleb Malhotra I like as top 10 forwards. The knock on Ryan Roobroeck seems to be a lack of defensive play. Another guy, good on boards & forecheck, is Novotny. He might be a good choice with later 1st round pick(if Drury doesn't trade it). Rangers lineup is winning because Miller & Miks are both playing center & not together. Never liked that from the beginning. If Trochek stays, Laba might have to be moved to the wing. I think guys take great care of their bodies these days & I don't consider guys in their 30's to be old at all.
