  1. Let me know your thoughts on the Red Wings Prospects, They also have many great young players like Seider, Raymond, Zadina and more. I didn't inlcude Joe Veleno on this list as he's played over 70 games but definitely still questions on where he fits with the roster moving forward.

  2. Gm Steve Yzerman and his scouting dept. have drafted very well over the past few seasons and now with the young core they have plus the offseason acquisitions of Husso and Perron, the Red Wings are looking to turn the corner and return to prominence, hoping to compete for a playoiff spot. They should show vast improvement this coming season IMHO. Loving the latest new series, excellent research as always, thanks.

  3. Demitri Buchelnikov is the most interesting pick in this draft. No one knows anything about him but stevie take him at 52….I cant imagine Steve makes this pick with out knowing something more than we can find (especially with whats going on) . But i can tell you, Det is DEEP in Russia and i cant see Stevie not speaking to Datsyuk, Fedorov, Larionov, and more about this kid. im VERY excited and hope we can get him into North America

  4. ❤Only for fans over 18 year⤵️ Alles sehr schön. Aber zuerst zusammen die Nummern 10 und 1. Eine verwohntt.online Brünette und eine andere Blondine. Es wäre unfair, wennc ich 4 wählen würde

  5. Kirill Tyutyayev is yet another notable prospect. Small sample size between Grand Rapids and last year’s Traverse City tournament, but he’s a sneaky NHL caliber player who plays hard on the puck. Keep an eye out for him.

  6. Lol bro Elite Prospects is a far better database than hockey DB. It has all of Buchelnikovs stats.

He had 41G and a total of 75 points in 56 GP last season in the MHL. At the WJC he has 1G and 2A for 3 points in 7 GP back in 20-21.

I have a feeling he was over looked and was someone who should have gone in the first round.

  7. It happens when you have top ten picks last few yrs. Good scouting in later rounds. Love those swedish players.

  8. Kasper has to work on his shot selection, an immediate priority task.
Dylan James may be that Brayden Point type that Yzerman is continually looking for.
Buchelnikov to play in the SHL with Rogle, may as well allow the SHL team be called the Rogle Red Wings they have a red hawk in their logo.
Drafting RHD Anton Johannson may indicate the Red Wings are about to move on from Antti Tuomisto who turns 22 in January and has 20 points in 59 career NCAA games. Antti appeared to have a bright future with U20 SM-liiga but has not really developed as projected.

  9. Just FYI, Elmer Soderblom is now 6'8, 250lbs. He's a monster. He was the SHL U21 player of the year last season as well.

  10. 3 first round prospects right away fell below James, Del Bel Belluz, Havelid, and Hughes.

  11. Its an alright video but we already knew about Cossa, Edvinsson, McIsaac, Johansson (x2 Albert and Anton – one's left and one's right), Sebrango, Soderblom, that's why they got contracts. Mazur's playing at Denver with Tuomisto and Buium. Other AHL players to watch: Tyutyayev.

  12. Did I miss Jonathan Bergeren on this list? He is the top for award prospect and set a rookie scoring record in Grand Rapids past season. Also, Simon Edvinsson has grown two inches since his draft. He is now 6'6".

  13. Cross Hanas not an offensively gifted player. A Stevie mistake- not a 2nd round pick, what the hell did he see in this guy ? Hanas had good points as an overage in the worst Major junior league- the Western- it used to be good but hast won the Cup in 10 years and is the weaker league. Mainly, Hanasa dissapears against elite competition- hes a bottom feeder. I watched him play 4 games in the TC prospects camp and he was a zero, actually almost got seriously hurt as he keeps turning his back on checkers going into the end boards- trusting them to be nice guys. When the play gets chippy, intense and highly defensive Hanas pulls a dissappearing act every time. Has zero chance of playing in the NHL other than a one game call up on game 82. He will go to the AHL and get 22 points in 78 games and thats if he keeps from getting boarded and hurt. Stevie is not perfect and this wasted 2nd rounder proves it. Check back on this comment in one year. Theres alot more to looking at hockey prospects than what their points were in minor hockey. Their speed, quickness, tuffness, defensive ability and puck skills for example need to be scrutinized. A point a game or 1 1/2 pts a game in minor hockey doesnt mean anything if certain abilities are not in place .
