   Dont see why the 9th overall pick is so bad, Wings arent gonna be a playoff contender until 2031 anyways. Blow it all up and rebuild

   Larkin can’t force a trade. He doesn’t move if that’s his list. He will play for the Wings until they get a deal they like, be a healthy scratch, or watch the games at home suspended and unpaid. Yzerman isn’t gonna put up with Ms Larkin’s BS.

   For the love of God stop saying “We gotta give you our best player.” Larkin is at best their 2nd best player and an argument could be made he’s as low as #4.

   Detroit MGMT is under no obligation to trade him just because he requested it. Trading Cossa for Wallstedt is stupid.
   None of these teams have cap space. So they would all have to do some internal gyrations to make this happen. Unlikely.

   You would want to trade with Montréal. Not that they want him, but that would be the ideal place because they are running out of space for elite talent… literally. And oh yah, they got over 100 pts this season and made the conference final with the 2nd youngest team by AVG AGE in the league.

   Larkin is such a putz. If this isn’t proof he’s a problem I don’t know what is. He doesn’t get to determine where he goes. Red wings should just keep him, play him line 2 or 3 center where he should be and tell him to pound sand. Fuck him. If he stays he’ll get boo’d out of the building.

   So a top 2nd line centre with 0 playoff experience…this guy could be a bigger disappearing act than Austin Matthew’s in the postseason. Guy needs to slow his roll demanding to go to a cup contender.
