Kadri at $6.5 million avv for 3 years (no more then 4) would be a good move, kadri is definitely an upgrade over Bailey and I’d also be fine with moving Nelson to first line center and moving barzal to wing.

No way Kadri is worth 9.5. He is not on par with the elite players like Jonny G, Tkachuk, Barzal.
Kadri doesn't make any sense. They're loaded at center. I don't want to give a 32 year old 5-7 years.
