    I really want to post how wrong Bundy is. Unfortunately he is right and this is sad. If everyone in the business does not work together then the business fails. The Flyers are not a bad team, they are a bad organization.

    It's a mismatch, bad team + Good Head coach will equal mediocrity, UNLESS Fletcher and Torts perform the ultimate miracle. Which NOBODY sees coming.
    As much as it pains me, but the Flyers are 5 years away from being 5 years away from even CONTENDING.
    OH, GET RID OF THAT ORANGE ABOMINATION GRITTY.
    The Flyers as a whole are hemorrhaging money.
    The only way to fix the Flyers is to get HOCKEY PEOPLE in to replace the business morons Who don't give a damn about the team and more about their bottom line.
    OUR bottom line: WINNING = PROFIT= BUTTS in the seats.

    Doesn't matter if Gritty was HC or Scotty Bowman. You need star players to win and way more fast European players. Look at the Cup final teams. At this point I'd take just getting into playoffs consistently

    Impossible to try and use the recent NYR blueprint, just flat out impossible. I think even if they sent out letters to do that in 2018-19, Philly is going more along the lines of Buffalo's rebuild while hoping/banking on a Eichel to fall into their laps. Look how long Carolina took? All of 2012-18. Than a few years of "this is our time" while never making any noise to get invited to the dance aka playoffs. I see no reason to fret over a couple more years of trying to get the right mix of player's. Now this is where Philly should try and copy NYR's 2010-13 path. Than hope with all that season success and playoff experience, the next coach can take them a bit further like AV did from 2014-17. If not than expect this possible rebuild to last 8+ years which imo would only tank the Flyer's.
