Yes
I can definitely say the Canucks make it so difficult for themselves to score goals. Pettersson in particular. I don't know what's happend to him or what he's been practising on, but his radar is way off and his long distance shots aren't going in like they did last season. Some of his shots you would expect to go in he was that good at it last season, but now it just isn't happening for himm.
Not yet maybe after game 20 start to panic
Rebuild what they’ve added a lot of the ingredients that you get with a rebuild. And they still feel younger than the rest of the division? Had the misfortune that Edmonton and Calgary fell and rose at the same time one of those 3 is gonna loose
Way too early man
2:13 Canucks talk
What Vancouver needs to do is Boot out all the Treasonous Moronic Freeloader Perverted Racist BABY MURDERING GOD Hating NDP and liberal voters.
Rebuild? Yes, and they can start by sending JT Miller and Elias Petterson to Calgary for Milan Lucic and Kevin Rooney.
Not buying tickets ether fn way.
No.
People have been buying tickets for 10 years and seeing no progress, I'm sure a clear direction, if done, people would still go. It's one thing to know your team will lose, it's another to be told it's good enough for the playoffs and start 0-4-2.
It’s not like they have any other choice. They have a very flawed roster that they & their fans had a very misguided belief in. And instead of adding to their defence which is awful, they went & signed a 3rd line winger for 4 years.
I'm not saying the Canucks are going to do it, but remember the year when Blues won the cup? No one believed in them when they were last in the league. This is way too early to give up.
What teams are willing to take on all the vancouver bums. Allvin screwed up signing Slow Mo Boeser and Giving Machine Miller. Plus trading away a 2nd rounder. Benning all over again.
Yup
red bull gives you wings
They all seem to be missing something about this situation. They have had this core for about 5 years, having started roughly in 2018-19. In that time, they missed by a lot in year 1, they were not on track to make the playoffs in year 2 (but they did because the season was cut short), they gave up playing hockey after 2 weeks in year 3, and year 4 was lost only a month into the season. This is year 5, and it's going nowhere unless there's an enormous change. Us fans have seen this core fail year over year to even compete for making the playoffs. It's never going to happen. If they can't even do it in their prime years, they're never going to win anything at all. I said it in the offseason, but the team needs a total culture change and needs to do so by the end of the month. If they don't rebuild now, they're going to suck hard for the entire decade (and then probably a bit more into the 2030s). They have to trade basically the entire core, and just stock up on a completely new younger generation of players. This core has had numerous chances to prove themselves, nearly all of which they have flubbed, and by this point, it is very obvious they do not have the winning instinct any team needs to be successful these days. It's Bedard or bust. They just have to do it for the sake of actually having any decent chances of ever winning anything.
feels like we watching a rebuilding team and have been for 11 years and won't rebuild until ownership has changed
Habs will have over 20 million in cap space at seasons end. Drouin, Byron, Mono and Dadanov all ufa. Would love to see Horvat sign in Montreal! Suzuki, Horvat, Dvorak, Evans down the middle would be great!
A rebuild? So soon? Lmfao, if you guys are the "experts" I would hate to see the people worse than you.
