@Maple Leafs de Toronto

Top line, sure, one of the best in hockey.

Nylander is too lazy to play on the same line as Tavares. Tavares needs wingers who will work hard on the forecheck and backcheck. Nylander only does those things if he feels like it at the moment. Dubas has some hard working go-get-em wingers. Those are the guys who need to play on the second line. Kerfoot needs to go. Last season he played with Nylander's laziness while lacking Nylander's skill.

Third line with Kampf, Engvall and Jarnkrok sounds good. Rock solid defensive play.

Four line. I just want one that has an identity.

  2. John Tavares had the fourth best season of his career wih 79 point and the second most assists with 49.

  3. Jarnkrok has averaged 600 faceoffs per year and hovers around 50%. He's gonna play up and down the lineup all year. He's what everyone wished Kerfoot would become with a bit less scoring.

  4. When I look at the bottom 6 changes. We essentially lost Cobra, blackwell Spezza and Simmonds. Honestly, losing Cobra is the only one that hurts the Leafs. They added Kubel, Gaudette, Jarkrok, Malgin who can all skate, play defence, forecheck and will chip in offensively. Love Spezza but in the back half of year did not do that much.
I like the mix and changing the look of our 4th line will help.

  5. I believe a house league is a bad idea. If some top players got injured then you'll have every other armchair manager saying it was a disgrace. That we list our top players for irresponsible ideas.
And also what would a contract actually say to this. Ownership may say no way you do anything stupid to ruin the upcoming season.
    A lot to consider.

  6. Bunting matthews Nylander
    Kerfoot Tavares marner
    Engvall Kampf jarnkrok
    Clifford gaudette aube kubel

    Riley mete
    Brodie jordie Benn
    Girodano lilgren

    Goalie Murray Samsonsov

  7. Totally laughing at losers who think about the stupid game of hockey in July. GO GET LAID. Because trust me the Leafs are as you read this…are in a gangbang. True story.

  8. Disagree guys I really think the leafs will be fine with the solid top guys and the strong d

  9. Dude with the hat I lost all hockey respect for you when you said holl should be on the top d pairing.

  10. Sandin can't play on the right. At ALL,. I think Muzzin needs to be shipped…. if he doesn't get traded tho, I hope he can have a bounce back as well …but he's got alot of hard miles on him….This year may be the only chance to trade him and get his 5.6 million off their cap

  11. Trade Matthews get value back rather then watch him walk as UFA like a Gaudreau. As amazing as this sounds it really is something they must consider. I see the team in 2024 as being something completely different. Their last opportunity to win is now this upcoming season. Dubas GM either goes all in and wins or is fired at seasons end and chaos.

  12. trade holl…kerfoot…muzzin 10 mill gone. get P.K 1 yr 4 mill lol he would be interesting in blue and white then have lots of cap space left at the deadline and Dubas goes bananas or he is very close to getting canned!

  13. my brain thinks leafs 365 i was looking for something to listen to in the off seasons, most off season shows can be boring, but you guys do a good job of keeping it light and interesting
