Yeah idk what Tampa was doing that first period, they looked like they were going for a morning skate. But I agree with you on the goalie pull because the lightning usually give up empty net goals. Frustrating game to say the least but if they can play like they did in the 3rd then they can come back. But we will see
Biggest issue is you have to take 2 off Tampa in a row and that hasn’t happened in 2 years and I just don’t see the leafs winning game 7 I’ve seen it too many times

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed you did not put TB or not TB as the title for the third period, because that is exactly what Tampa feels like right now on a game to game basis. 🙂

I don't think Tampa is unconcerned – it think Toronto's defense and goaltending is a lot better than people thought it was. Kampf, Mikheyev, Engvall, Kerfoot and Marner have been a thorn in the Lightning's side all series, and that's just the forwards.
A lot of times it gets thrown around that teams are sleeping or they 'choked' when the reality is that they were probably outcoached and outplayed.
You're pretty confident about wanting Florida to play Toronto… but Toronto was always predicted to beat Tampa, and they even had higher cup odds compared to Florida. To be honest, I wouldn't even put Florida in the top 5 teams anymore from all the hockey I've been watching. They just don't look very good. They don't seem to adapt to playoff style defense and they get completely countered by a 4-1 or 3-1-1 trap.
My mom said the only thing she wants for mothers day is to have the Leafs beat Vasi two in a row.
Leafs have to close out this series before a game seven!! More like Toronto in five?? I must be dreaming…..Panthers look like they are having problems with the Caps in this series after the game three loss. I thought they where going to take the series in four the way they played this year in the regular season. This just shows that sports is very difficult to predict.
I'm from Toronto and a big Leafs fan and it really is great to see someone routing for the Leafs to win.
I am also routing for Florida against Washington to win. I think a Florida/Toronto series would be out of this world.
Both teams are puck possession teams and I could see high scoring games.
