    the way it sounds is that the whole Pastrnak saga is going to go right up to the start of free agency. just like what Nashville had with Flip Forsberg. Forsberg is an excellent player, but he is a step below pastrnak. the only similarity is that JP Berry represents both of them. he is one of the power agents in the nhl. Pasternak said in September that he wanted to play in Boston his whole career. if that was the case, a deal would have been done months ago. i think we are talking in the mid 90 million ball park. if he hits the market, I could see team offering close to a 100 million. i really think Sweeney, Neely and Jacobs think they can get a deal done for under 90 million. which is highly unlikely.

    Zacha has been decent. He hasn't been a big difference-maker. I still don't see a 2C yet.
