  1. Hi Patrick. What about a trade of Tyson Barrie to Detroit red wings for sam gagner. The Edmonton oilers would free up some money and get a popular player back in Edmonton what do you think about that Patrick. Andy.

  2. I hope to God the Oilers aren’t seriously thinking about bringing in Gagner again. He’s been great in the past but he’s not a bottom 6 type player so why on Earth would they look to sign another luxury type skilled forward when they are stacked in that area? We just moved on from Kassian (rightly) but why not replace him with another big physical fast player in the bottom 6? The Oilers don’t need more redundancy at forward in my opinion….love the content just disagree with that position, keep up the good work man

  3. I would like to see a 3 way deal. Pullijarvi fogel Benson and samarukov to Chicago and get back holl and kerfoot

  4. I'm just not a fan of RNH playing on the 2nd line. He only had one good season scoring, but hey try him and if he can great and if not move him down with McLeod and move Dylan up.

  5. Gonna be a quiet couple of days for sure. Holland it at his son's wedding in BC.

  6. Civil questions from an Avs fan… Q: as an Oilers fan, do you think that they have a chance to advance even further than they did last playoffs? Is your team better in any way than they were last season? Could they beat the Avs or blues in a playoff series? ( I squeezed the blues in there because I do believe they would have beat the Oilers in the West finals if they had beat the Avs).
    -Thanks

  7. Oilers needs a fighter they have no grit you dont need nurse or kane fighting

  8. Trading Gags in the Athanasiou trade was a minor little blunder in my opinion.. He was helpful to the team and a fan fav. Would love to see him in the bottom six with potential for 2nd unit PP and spot duty in the top six.

  9. Love to see Gagner back in Oil country where he belongs.I still see trades coming with the three you mentioned but only at a fair deal. If not the team is still in good shape for the upcoming season. Of course it’s all on paper and not on the ice .

  10. Would love Sam Gagner to come back, his experience and versatility will add a lot to our team.

  11. I remember when SG got traded away
I cheered: Sam is gone – yay !
    Still feel the same
And the Oil r still way too soft
Need a tough couple of wingers and a dman

  12. As much as we would love to see Gagner back in orange and blue, I think after twice being traded out of Edmonton he may be "once bite, twice shy"

  13. Looks like we don't have anyone to play the right side. Yamamoto, Derek Ryan, Holloway??? and?

  14. If we waste money on Gagner I'll be pissed. He was traded because he wasn't a good fit. Stop nostalgia signing.

  15. Barrie needs to go… ASAP.
Be I can take the left spot , Broberg the right.
Shelter there minutes, can't be any worse than Barrie.

  16. Hey bud, keep up the good work. You've got a good voice, personality and presence to run a podcast. Keep the vids frequent and get on the YouTube algorithm train. I never subscribe to anyone. Not TSN, not ESPN, not even 6:30 CHED (no disrespect). Just subscribed to your channel. The only advice I can give you is to be more selective and conscious as to who you bring on your channel to talk shop. You're upping your game and slowly turning into a legit sports podcast personality. Your guests need to be professional. Get out there knock on some doors and score some interviews via Skype or Zoom if you can't bring them to your podcast set. Keep up the good work! Go Oilers!
