Saving this episode for work tonight. Craig Andersen better be in there lol. Cheap,not flashy, but gauranteed .910 as a 1B. His playoff numbers are unreal as well. Top 5 I think all time.

Great show… Leafs are two moves away from a Stanley Cup. Both will be done this summer. Andrew Copp or a Josh Anderson Type…. I also like Kulak for the Leafs.
Talking about Palat and says “he’s got that size that I like” and doesn’t say anything about size when talking about Nichushkin lmao. Palat is 6’ 195lbs. Nichushkin is a monster! Nylander for NJ 2nd overall pick. Use that pick on Slavkovsky and use the 7 mill in cap space on Nichushkin with some to spare. Add two power forwards to the group and this team looks a lot different next year!

Chiarot would be a monster signing if the could afford him – he was a total beast against the Leafs, decimating JT (hit prior to his injury – unfortunate series of events) and rag-dolled Matthews totally neutralizing him for the entire series. Leafs knew when he was on the ice and they played timid as a result. I like him.
Whoever Leafs get from the bargain bin, Toronto media will pump them as the the next one, the missing piece and all character additions – and they'll say "I can't believe Leafs got him at that price. What a steal – great job by Dubas." Just watch. It will be hilarious.
Getting down the list in which Leafs can afford you're into the 50-100 range on the list. Concussion recoveries, serious knee injuries, hit by a truck etc.

final comment : LEAFS SHOULD RE SIGN WHAT THEY GOT…if that means buying out mrazek simmonds and tavares then do so , although tavares has decent trade value even at 11 mill cap hit, maybe a 3 way trade, i know bufffalo offered more then the leafs by atleast 1 mill maybe 2.. and habs were just as interested as leafs and habs got money very special players including #1 overall pick..arizona tons cap space as im sure a few other teams aswell…they are bad teams so their #1 round picks are very valuable as they will do bad and that will land u a top pick…all 3 have no trade clauses that i want to see phased out as i see it as bad 4 business…like i said its not about the names on your roster…id trade mathews ..id trade marner…i wouldnt want to but i would if the price was right …i want a stanley cup in toronto …i could care less who is on the roster…

Nick paul over rated….hes 27 years old and only has 34 goals and 248 games played..hes strong physical player the leafs could use as they lack that type of player…but i wouldnt fork out more then 2.5 mil 4 em…i cant see him getting 3 or north..burovkosy is wayyyyyy over paid…and bad year for a 36 year old stastny just making 7 mill..them days are over..forwards at that age dont get more then 1 mill 2 mill…man i would LOVE johny hockey on leafs…but they wouldnt have the cap space unless they get rid of tavares mrazek and simmonds contracts.not fan of justin holl either..leafs need more physical wingers..obviously goaltening is leafs main issue..i would give cambel 6 mill
