    Looks like a souvenir ring, it’s not an actual cup ring nor even an accurate current replica. (I have one, it has diamonds.)

    It does look a bit like the Josten’s 2016/17 keychain Cup ring replica’s they gave to STH’s so I’m wondering if maybe that was the 1991 version? (I was too young to know myself.)
