I’m sorry but if you skate around the rink as fast as you could with no other obstacles and find a way to injure yourself, I don’t think they would last as an all-star very long, I’m saying this as a guy who has torn 2 ACL’s while just doing skating motions

Im an usher at ball arena and i have watched cale every game since he made his debut in the flames playoff series. He was only going about 75% and was never in any kind of jeopardy. That being said i see your point 100%. That would have sucked if he got hurt, but he is too smart and talented to hurt himself when he is literally the only person on the ice.
Makar just came back from injury. I can’t believe the Avs allowed him to even participate in a such a meaningless event.
