Good for you that you like it. But someone would have to pay me a lot of money to ever wear that ugly piece of trash. You can try to fall back on nostalgia all you went. But I vividly remember a lot of good players always being traded away for little in return. Or leaving as a UFA. And the cold reality is that goofy comet with the oil drop inside the gear is one of the most hideous logos ever made. It makes my eyes bleed just looking at it.
MLB jerseys are a lot more expensive than these. Nike MLB jerseys are well over $300. So for all you collectors that want Nike to take over in 2 years, you better be careful what you wish for. Because if you think Adidas is expensive, prepare to spend a lot more if Nike enters the landscape.
I like the Gear jersey and I think it is done better with this Reverse Retro. It is adding orange that makes it better. This was one of the first 11 Reverse Retro jerseys that I ordered and getting customized and I too am doing McDavid.
Flames 2.0 is better
I have the same sentiment for this era but I never liked this logo. Mostly because I found the original colouring just bland but I sure love this one.

The eihl (British ice hockey league) have done their version of reverse retros across the league like the nhl, would love to see a ranking/review of them to get your opinion about them
