Bruins fan here I have no dog in this fight. Personally I think Dumba should be suspended for this. Head was principle point of contact. Dirty, dirty, dirty.
Dallas fans can be as upset as they want. That's a clean hit and the right call on all fronts. Curious about the ruling on the misconduct, did he say 2 for roughing and 10 for continuing?? If so, I honestly think that's groundbreaking. I like it when a ref tells me WHY he's calling what he is. I may not always agree with the reason, but at least you're justifying your personal discretion (or explaining the rules, which most fans don't understand because the refs' interpretation of the rules has been inconsis… I'm rambling. Not worth it.)

I really like that the refs seem to be using this penalty review rule in a good way and for the most part just calling it a 5 instantly so they can review it and change it later.

It didn’t really look like dumba shouldered his head. Seeing joes head bounce off the ice was pretty scary though. That’s where bad damage can be done.
