Bunting's suspension is overkill for a non-malicious hit from behind with Cernak going into him. Absolutely ridiculous. If NHL trying to set the precedence they better bloody stick to it on every elbow infraction going forward. Yesterday Game 2, Bruins Nosek no call on Pathers Staal getting a clearly intentional elbow in the face, NHL officials are a complete joke.

It’s character that excels at this time. I still have the leafs winning this series because they should. I’ll be a lot less confident if we got to Tampa down 0-2. This team is the living breathing definition of duality. They’ve shown resilience in playoff type game before against Columbus. Coming back and winning in OT. But they put themselves in these holes that wouldn’t exist if they just played their game. Y’all have the skill and talent. Great pieces were added at the deadline. Now go earn these huge pay checks.
