Leafs are undefeated with Knies in the lineup. This young phenom(intended) got his first playoff point(apple in 1st period) but was also on the ice for the 6-5 ROR goal and the #44 GWG in OT! Talk about making an impact. Props to Leafs coaches and management for their willingness to give this kid some crucial TOI. You always wonder if the speed of the NHL will be too much for younger players, no problem with "Matty Nice" as he absolutely belongs in the League! He has great hockey instincts and vision. GLG!
Good job Mitch. The last thing anyone needs is to play the victim role thinking the refs are out to get you. Talk about a powerfully energetic distraction from the task at hand! It was a huge win for the Leafs. Tampa doesn't make very many mistakes, so for the Leafs to come out on top in this game, was big. Last year, they lose a game like this. Vaselineskiy is looking human in this series too, which helps.

Keefe you have to give the team days off after games life this….. they need to rest…… Maybe hold a 7:30pm practice (same time as games) but mostly these guys need to chill and rest their minds after dramatic games like these….. I mean they probably got back to the hotel at 11pm last night and tossed and turned in before and now they’re at morning practice? Your going to burn these guys out they didn’t look to rested last game, they weren’t flowing like usual…. luckily we won….. I guarantee tampa isn’t practicing….. anyways we don’t need practice our team knows how to play they need rest so they can do what they do….. Go lay in a bed and order food that’s the best you can do to prepare for the next game…. Your mangled right now…… Go leafs go💙

Big problem with the buds..sometimes when some of their guys have no wheels for the game…they have to generate more shots to the NET….things happen..goals go in …example Holl 's shot off the post in o/t…then finally a beauty from Mo…who btw never shoots..go figure?…
RoRis a good pick up. Having knies who’s finding his footing and will make mistakes is invaluable to have RoR who isn’t about scoring and padding his own. Numbers so it’s a strong insurance having him on the ice.

A game they didn't play well enough to win, but for a change a surprisingly big change their goalie stole , robbed them a win .
