I’m with you DK! From Syl Apps, Jean Pronovost, and Lowell McDonald, I’ve been a fan! Love this sport. Gary Rissling should be in the HoF. Hockey is great, and there’s nothing better than playoff hockey!
It was such a well played game. Amazing really, barely an odd man rush, not many turnovers, teams got tired toward the end of each overtime period, but they still kept it tight.

Greetings from the 412 in the 709 – Paradise, Newfoundland: What a game! Wow! The sixth longest game in NHL history shows it is ALL ABOUT will and desire….who has it the most! If you are tired and just don't care – you have no hope in this league….we need more Sam Lafferty's and those Pens who just don't seem to care as much as the other team….back in our two cup victories Sid led the way with passionate grit and we refused to lose puck battles. Hopefully, whoever it is – the next GM and PHO were watching this and will find hungry players instead of those indifferent and just happy to be golfing in May.
