    The Colorado Avalanche experienced what some would call a Stanley Cup hangover which is pretty understandable due the injuries they had this year.

    Their blue line was a constant moving puzzle outside of Toews, Makar, and Girard. MacKinnon and Rantanen were two of the best 5v5 point producers in the league this year, Malgin and Rodrigues were great pickups.

    It’s not unreasonable to believe the Avs will be right back in the mix next season even with another year of no Landeskog.

    I doubt Malgin puts these numbers up again but damn did he fit in perfectly with us, scoring goals with a wide variety of linemates.

    The Avs doesn’t need to « build the wall » because we already have the Makar-Toews line
