    regarding the goalie position. Don't overpay and overload the value you put in that position. one injury can ruin your whole scheme as we saw with vancouver last year. But there was another expansion team that made it to the finals very quickly after entering the league . they had one of the best in his day John Vanbiesbrouck, whom Vancouver gave up to Florida btw, becuse the Canucks were worrried about losing Kay Whitmore in the expansion, (what a bad move that ended up being). So the Panthers formed their team around the Goal position and hard scrappy play and managed to make the finals but that just wasn't enough to win it all because you need more up front to win the cup.
