Excellent report–love the PWHL draft news and I definitely will making a trip to Minnesota to see a game as soon as that becomes a thing to do. The Blues should make Robert Thomas their Captain since IMHO, he will be the face of the team for many years to come–dynamic young player, still only 24 and yet to reach his ceiling as a player.
Vancouver is unable to afford Petterson's demand of a cup, but habs can make them a contender in a trade! For example we have , M & M Matheson and Mailloux. Reinbacher, Engsfrom, Guhle, Harris, Arbor, Kovacevic, Hudson, Lidstrom, Savard, etc so we can afford to trade off 2 D and Anderson, and a pick and Peterson will have a contender in Vancouver and with Habs a contender as well. Lets say Barron and Harris and Anderson! and a pick or a prospect. Let me dream! finally that STAR PLAYER WE ALWAYS NEEDED and we put Vancouver in contention! as well!😁
As a Sens fan, I don't see a world in which we trade Pinto. Teams that win the cup need 3 strong centres and we have them right now. Why on earth would the Sens trade Pinto? This only makes sense from other teams' perspectives (didn't the Bruins want him last week?!). As soon as they trade him they will be looking for the exact same type of player. Get rid of Joseph and/or Branny and keep Pinto. I say Kleven makes the team out of camp. Great channel, cheers!

I love your videos because they are very informative but I kinda lost respect for you on this one. You have done several vids in the past saying how this whole thing wasn't a big deal and most outlets and people around the league and in general don't think to much of this whole situation and that coach babcock did something really harsh and wrong. Yet even so you sit here today after he decides to step down which really was a big grown up choice and bash him for his persona and actions and then proceed to call out the gm and bash him too and basically say how dare he not admit to mistakes and own something that at the end of the day was not wrong or morally reprehensible. So I'd like to see you stick to your guns in the future and not be so quick to flip flop and align with the easier side of a situation just because it is the easier thing to do. No I have no affinity for coach babcock but don't think he did anything wrong it was just an isolated incident something he did routinely that a few people here or there thought was vile or wrong and he ends up losing a job over it I mean come on such a shame. Now I will agree gm Kakeleinen has not done the best job and he probably should be replaced for poor results but not having anything to do with this babcock issue. Will still tune in as usual but just wanted to share my thoughts with you and again hope you would stick to your guns in the future I can always appreciate those who are willing to do that and not just please the masses by saying what they think people would want to hear. Also not bashing you at all but more of calling you out on this one.
Why would the sens trade branstrom and still be stuck with Joseph's contract. Joseph is overpaid but useful, so he should be able to be dumped for a second round pick

wsh – girard
mtl – mantha, 2025 2nd (latest of wsh/bos/col)
avs get depth, caps get a solid top 4 dman, habs get a pick and an expiring contract, and clear out more of the logjam.
Another podcast said the possible Flyers/Senators trade was rejected.
